Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking an entry-level Technical Support Specialist to provide hardware and software support to end users on a part-time basis (28 hours per week).
Typical Duties:
- Assist with system administration and troubleshooting of vertical industry software
- Assist with system administration support of file, print, application, and other servers common to a Windows Server environment
- Assist with the installation of hardware, operating systems, and software on servers and clients
- Assist with system administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory
- Assist with system administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office 365
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Education and Skills:
- At least one year of recent experience with end-user support
- CompTIA A+ Certification or Network+ Certification or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
- Recent experience using:
- Windows Server 2008 / 2012
- System Center (Data Protection Manager)
- SharePoint 2013
- Exchange 2013
- Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connection
