Tax Intern for Tax Season 2025

Job Description:
Burkett Burkett & Burkett Certified Public Accountants, P.A., a well established CPA firm with offices in Columbia and Rock Hill, SC, has an opening in our West Columbia office for a Tax Intern for Tax Season 2025. We offer a family-friendly work environment in which our employees can work and grow professionally.

Requirements:

• Currently working on Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting
• Prefer candidate to have already passed Intermediate Accounting
• Prefer candidate to have prior work experience preparing Tax Returns
• 20 to 24 hours per week – to include Saturdays
• Strong communication skills needed to interface with clients
• Proficiency in Accounting software, Outlook, Excel and Word

Location:
This position is in our West Columbia, South Carolina office.
