How has NASBA been working toward increasing diversity?

To start, they’ve been partnering with companies that already encourage diversity like the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA). NASBA is able to provide support, data, and resources to these organizations. They’ve also been working with college & university Accounting programs to determine why minority groups aren’t choosing that career path.
