Burkett Burkett & Burkett Welcomes Daniel Crowson

We are pleased to announce Daniel Crowson has joined Burkett Burkett & Burkett Certified Public Accountants, P.A., effective November 26, 2012.  Daniel is a Certified Public Accountant and has eight years of public accounting experience and three years of industrial accounting experience.  He graduated from the University of South Carolina with Honors where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy.  Daniel specializes in providing accounting and tax advisory and preparation services to small businesses, non-profits, and individuals.  He has worked with a wide range of clients including real estate professionals, medical professionals, engineers, and attorneys.  He has also worked with numerous entities such as homeowners’ and timeshare associations, land trust organizations, professional associations, and social clubs. Daniel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.  He also serves on the Meadow Glen Elementary School Improvement Council and in various capacities at First Baptist Church of Columbia. Daniel is married to the former Michelle Jackson, and they have four wonderful children, Rivers (7), Jackson (5), Katherine (2), and Emily (2).  Both Daniel and Michelle are lifelong residents of Columbia, South Carolina and currently reside in Lexington.  Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, playing the guitar, and following college athletics.
