Below is information about our fee minimums for basic tax and accounting services for new clients. We welcome the opportunity to discuss engagements not listed here, such as business valuations, tax planning, assurance services for audits, reviews and compilations, and more services specific to your personal and business accounting needs.

Individuals

We specialize in tax preparation for small businesses, LLCs, and rental properties reported on individuals’ income tax returns, foreign earned income exclusions, capital gains, asset dispositions, etc. Our minimum fee is $1,200 for standalone individual income tax returns with a single state filing. Final billed fees will depend on complexity and the quality of your accounting records.

Business

(Form 1120, Form 1120S, Form 1065)

Our primary focus is business consultation, deduction optimization, and tax return preparation. Our minimum fee is $2,500 for partnership and corporate income tax returns with a single state filing. Final billed fees will depend on complexity and the quality of your accounting records.

Nonprofit

(Form 990 and 990-PF)

We will prepare Form 990 for your nonprofit organization or Form 990-PF for your private foundation, as well as Form 990-T, if required, to report and pay taxes on unrelated business income. Our minimum fee is $1,750 for Form 990, 990-PF, and/or 990-T. Final billed fees will depend on complexity and the quality of your accounting records. We are also happy to discuss fee arrangements if your organization needs assistance with Form 990-N, 990-EZ, or state registration filings.

Small Business Accounting
& Tax Services

Small business bookkeeping and reconciliation service is a minimum fee of $750 per month. Final billed fees will depend on complexity and the quality of your accounting records. Specific form preparation, such as payroll reporting and sales tax reporting, are separate engagements and are billed separately.
