Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an entry-level Technical Support Specialist to provide hardware and software support to end users on a part-time basis (28 hours per week).

Typical Duties:

  • Assist with system administration and troubleshooting of vertical industry software
  • Assist with system administration support of file, print, application, and other servers common to a Windows Server environment
  • Assist with the installation of hardware, operating systems, and software on servers and clients
  • Assist with system administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Assist with system administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office 365
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Education and Skills:

  • At least one year of recent experience with end-user support
  • CompTIA A+ Certification or Network+ Certification or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
  • Recent experience using:
    • Windows Server 2008 / 2012
    • System Center (Data Protection Manager)
    • SharePoint 2013
    • Exchange 2013
    • Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connection
