According to a recent Career Builder survey, 61% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. Though the statistic is startling, living on a tight budget doesn’t mean that you can’t save money. Donny Burkett visited the WLTX studio to discuss some steps for saving that can benefit everyone, including:

3) Build an emergency fund
